I’ve had the pleasure of being a surrogate in 3 separate reproductive journeys and each time, I’ve been grateful to have RSMC as my monitoring clinic. The environment is very peaceful and pleasant; the staff, both front and back, are very kind, friendly, caring, and organized. I’ve been seen by multiple of their physicians, all of whom have made me feel very comfortable and safe. Such a great clinic, with many amazing experiences. Hands down would recommend to anyone looking for a reproductive care team! 🤗

I’ve been a surrogate for this company not once or twice but this will be my fourth time and I have only had a positive experience. They go above and beyond for these families and for their surrogates. I truly couldn’t and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had an awesome experience with Sheena and the rest of the team through the beginning of this surrogacy journey and I can’t tell you enough how appreciative I am for them. If you are interested in surrogacy, this is ALWAYS going to be the company to go through!

This facility is really great and caring to both of their clients. I am really happy to be part of this team. As a first time surrogate, I was really nervous at first. Going through this journey has not been easy for me but the care and knowledge of each of the staff is really awesome & they all are very helpful, for me to get through on each process. I can’t really wait to bring a new bundle of joy and a new member of the family for my IPs. I really hope everything goes well in this coming cycle. Thank you for being such a great team and for taking good care of each GCs and IPs. :)

I am 5-time egg donor at RSMC. I had a near excellent experiences the first 4 donations, but I had a horrific experience with this organization the 5th donation. This experience was painful enough that I will never consider donating or doing any kind of IVF-like procedure again. For context, I donated so many times since I respond well to IVF drugs and produce many eggs per cycle. Each cycle, I was at risk for OHSS as I produce a large number of eggs (I should say that this is something, from my understanding, any woman undergoing IVF is potentially at risk for). Each cycle, I responded to the IVF treatments like clockwork (i.e., each of my cycles were HIGHLY reproducible in hormone amounts, overall timings of follicle growth, number of eggs retrieved, my symptoms, overall recovery time, etc.). Thus, I went into the fifth cycle expecting an experience like the first four cycles.I awoke from the retrieval with pain (nothing TERRIBLE, but I never had pain like that with the previous cycles). I informed the staff, they gave me some Tylenol (which did not help in the slightest), and they sent me home.I got home and felt awful. I tried to sleep it off. I awoke a few hours later unable to stand without my vision blacking out. If I leaned on the wall for support as my vision slowly came back, I would then be hit with extreme nausea. My pain levels were unbearable. I had pain in my chest rather than in my lower abdomen. The right side of my neck had sharp pain, and I could not physically breath due to the pain unless I lie on my left side. I tried to go back to sleep. I awoke again for each of these symptoms to have gotten WORSE. I vividly remember sitting up to grab my phone and contact the staff that something was wrong, but when I sat up, I immediately experienced a sharp pain, could not breath, and quickly fell back into the bed due to the pain, nausea, and dizziness.I managed to get back to the clinic, described all of my symptoms while keeping to lying on my left side. They gave me more Tylenol (which still didnt help - something I told them), saw my blood pressure was 90/45, my heartrate was 100 bpm (or more). They sent me back home, gave me Tylenol, and told me to get my partner to come down and stay with me in case things worsened. They told me they thought I was fine, and they were initially worried about internal bleeding but said that give my blood pressure and heartrate were high and low (respectively), that it suggested I was not experiencing internal bleeding (which, of course, doesnt make sense).I went home with immense pain. I asked my partner to drive down. My symptoms rapidly got worse while I waited for him to make a 3-hour drive down.To save the rest of the details, my partner later called an ambulance to take me to the ER. I arrived at the ER, and they informed me of my very swollen ovaries. I let them know I was likely experiencing OHSS. They kept me in the hospital for 4 days. While I did not need surgery, they noticed my blood hemoglobin was LOW and continually dropping. Along with my BP and heartrate, they deduced I had internal bleeding. A few days later, the IVF staff came to the ER, didnt read my chart (they told me they did not), walked over to my very bloated stomach, pressed on my stomach, said it looked like I would be fine, and left the ER.I feel the IVF staff did not do anything for my situation. I feel they very seriously ignored my concerns and complaints (which really upset me given the history I have with them). I feel they ONLY came to the ER for show given they continued to downplay the ordeal of me getting dragged to the ER due to immense pain and severe difficulty breathing. Even more, I was later told what OHSS symptoms look like and what to do when they present themselves - I matched each symptom. For the IVF clinic to hear me list and describe those symptoms and they STILL sent me home is not acceptable. Things happen and I do not blame them for the bad retrieval, but I am disappointed in how they handled the aftermath.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Ho for making our dream come true. After three miscarriages, we had almost given up on having a complete family, but thanks to two successful IVF cycles with Dr. Ho, we now have two beautiful babies. Dr. Hos communication skills are amazing; he clarified all our questions and was incredibly caring and supportive throughout the entire difficult process. It was a positive experience overall, and we deeply appreciate the RSMC team. Highly recommend them!

I feel really lucky to have found Dr. Ho at the age of 40. My periods were irregular, and my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for many years without success. We finally decided to seek treatment at RSMC. Dr. Hos professionalism and attention to detail gave me confidence and hope. He also guided me on how to prepare my body before starting the treatment. After two rounds of IVF, we finally had a healthy embryo through PGS. Im now successfully pregnant and looking forward to our babys arrival. I want to thank Dr. Ho and the entire RSMC team again for their amazing support.

I started my journey as a surrogate in 2018. I was matched with IPs very quickly in December 2018, had the embryo transfer in March 2019, and gave birth in November 2019. The whole process was smooth, they supported me the whole way. My case manager Yoko would reach out to me 1-2 times per week to check in and always responded quickly if I had a question. The whole staff at the center itself when I went in for the transfer was also really nice. The only issue I had was when I went into labor at 10pm I couldnt get in contact with anyone, even the after hours line. :/

Absolutely the worst experience ever among all the fertility clinics I have ever been to. From the front desk to the manager they do not care about you, your well-being and, of course, they do not care about if you get pregnant or not. It seemed to me that your potential pregnancy is their least concern. They just want your money and nothing else. They would hang up on you if you ask too many questions... but isnt what they are supposed to do if you have those questions??Stay away from this clinic for your own health

Not a good agency. Had issues in the beginning with them not paying me. Now I am 4 weeks post partum and they still havent paid me correctly. Yoko was an amazing coordinator always checking in, answering questions promptly and thoroughly. She always knew whats going on, but left the company in January. After she left, the new coordinator didnt seem to care other than a couple of key points. Questions still unanswered and she has ignored my recent attempts to contact her. I have payment issues, bill issues, and other questions and they wont return texts, phone calls, or emails now. They do not truly care about their surrogates.....especially once you deliver. Believe the bad reviews.(the ones that havent been removed yet) I should have but I thought I could handle advocating on my own.

Honestly had the worst experience ever with them this year 2021. I was told I could chose my doctor and hospital and I signed everything then when time came they said that I were to report to a certain doctors office and hospital for care. Honestly I hate Scripps I always delivered at Sharp Mary Birch and it’s close to my house but they changed that and didn’t allow me to go with who I intrusted my health to. That OBGYN ended up leaving on maternity leave after seeing her 2 times and from there on I was seen by 5 other OBGYN’s like hello that’s worrisome as it’s MY HEALTH on the line. I spoke to them about it but they still didn’t allow me to changed offices nor hospital. My case managers were changed like 3 times during my process and my IVF coordinators were changed twice. Then when I asked for certain documentation for compensation they gave me the run arounds and no help. Last and definitely what makes it worse is they expected me to be in charge of having the blood cord kit picked up right after delivery. Like I’m sorry but I did my part and allowing them to take that in and yet I have to worry about another thing right after, when I have all these normal pregnancy worries and health worries as I really have no doctor looking out for my health since they are switched all the time. The agency seemed to not care at all about my feelings and concerns. I will never do the process again and hopefully this helps you ladies or family and find another agency to work with. Overall they made my pregnancy journey very hectic and overwhelming until the end.

If I could give them no stars I would. I was a new patient and I filled out all of my paperwork prior through the patient portal, as well as scanned all our medical records, and insurance weeks prior to our appointment. Come appointment day, we drove 30 minutes to get to the office, then waited another 30 minutes until I asked the lady at the front desk how long it was going to take. She then told me that they had 4 patients in front of me, one was an 8:30am consult that just went back (at 9:30) because they didnt fill out their paperwork before hand. She then proceeded to tell me that the doctor wouldnt be able to see me for at least another hour, that would be an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment (which I feared would be even longer since they told me a consult could take up to one hour and he still had 3 additional patients to see). I dont see how its fair that we had to sit in the waiting room and have our appointment pushed back because one of their patients came unprepared. Also, at 9:00am (my scheduled appointment time) how are they already this backed up, unless they over booked from the start! This process is already so stressful and emotional and they did not make it easier, nor did they seem to care about our feelings or if we had plans for the remainder of the day. My husband had to get to a meeting so we had to leave. We were never seen by the doctor. No one has reached out to me to apologize for the wait and lack of professionalism. I can only imagine how they treat you once you are a patience, if this is how they treat you while they are trying to secure your business. I would not recommend coming here.

I recently completed my first journey with RSMC and my overall experience was amazing. I only had some hiccups during the ivf process. My IVF coordinator that I was assigned named Christina wasnt very knowledgeable and I had to stay on her to get important things done like getting correct work orders and scheduling my appointments. After that my Pregnancy coordinator and pregnancy case manager April was wonderful. She worked very hard to make sure that I was accommodated during my pregnancy and was very responsive to every concern I had. She held my hand through the process and really helped me when I needed it. I felt fully supported. My IPs case manager Lydia was also very helpful and helped me communicate with my IPs. Both of these ladies supported me and made sure to answer any questions I had and addressed all of my concerns professionally and efficiently. On the phone, I was treated with respect and courtesy. I arrived at the facility, located in a large, upscale office/medical complex in Carmel Valley and felt comfortable as I walked through the graceful courtyards and into the stately building. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered refreshments. The woman I was meeting with came right out and we went back to her private offices. She explained the entire procedure in great detail, taking time to answer each and every question. She was very professional. After we discussed the details of what we might do, she offered to show me around. She stated that all under one roof they have the doctors, the psych eval professional, the cycle coordinators, everyone! There is no need to drive here and there like they do at every other facility. This is the only facility of its kind - offering the full spectrum of services under one roof.Ive begun the journey. In the future, I hope to add more to this review. So far, so fantastic! I was so excited to be starting this new journey to motherhood with RSMC earlier this year. My husband and I have been trying for almost 3 years and I thought it was time to finally go in for help. I went in for my first consultation with Dr. Hosseinzadeh and she reassured me that I would have a family of my own... I was hopeful because I felt like I would finally get some answers. She thought I have PCOS and ordered me to get some bloodwork and told me should would call me with the results and let me know the next step from there; but, she was tenatively planning to put me on metformin. That same week I went and got my bloodwork done and waited by the phone for my results...a week went by and I heard nothing. I called the clinic and the receptionist said she hadnt received my test results so I called my PCP to have them re-fax the results. I then waited another two days and heard nothing so I again called the clinic and they said that they did receive my test results and asked if I was waiting to hear back from someone...... I told the receptionist that Dr. Hosseinzadeh said she would follow up with the results of my lab work and all the receptionist could say was oh, I see here that the doctor was supposed to follow up with you and Im not sure why she hasnt. I will let her know and I will have someone call you to schedule an appointment.Needless to say I waited by the phone for another week and no one returned my calls. I even tried emailing them and no response....its beyond frustrating because to have to go through 3 years of waiting, and hoping, and then only getting disappointment, and then to have this happen to me yet again at the one place where I was hoping to finally get some hope and answers, is so incredibly disappointing. Maybe this was just my experience, but to me it is highly unprofessional to not return your patients phone calls...I never even got past the consultation to find out if RSMC and Dr. Hosseinzadeh could help me to become a mom.

I also want to thank Dr. Harari for his professional judgment and giving us a lot of professional advice.

This is a scam. Once you pay the money, you will immediately start a series of frauds. This is a fraud facility.Patients think that the package is a responsible service from beginning to end. After all, what they sell you is a one-stop service scam. In fact, the suit is designed to collect all the money at once. Their fraud model is to cut corners in a lump sum package.RSMC sells the treatment in a bundle which cons you may finish the treatment in this one-stop service facility. What they want is the full payment. Cutting corners after the payment is the business model. In order to save costs, their egg retrieval surgery did not have painkillers or ascites medicine. However, they still charged 5,000 yuan in advance for the medicine. It is better to let the patient suffer from ascites and save a few dollars. This hospital does not provide painkillers and ascites medicine for egg retrieval surgery.Doctors do not perform routine examinations according to the contents of the paid packages, and use flexible medical information (some patients say that the hysteroscopy report is valid for three months, and some say six months) to mislead patients into performing medical examinations in Taiwan that are paid for in the United States. Hysteroscopy.Dr. Minh N. Ho did not perform the hysteroscope examination on the medical bill. The doctor does not read the case, but will give a medical instruction after the two parties sign the contract. In fact, the responsibility of interpreting the case is left to Taiwanese doctors and patients. The medical invitation letter is issued with the physicians seal signed by the administrative staff without the physician reading the medical report. All medical guidance is given by non-medical professionals.Dr. Minh N. Ho sent an invitation letter. Accepting a patient who is not qualified for an IVF cycle.Doctors dont follow contracts. The contract stipulates that termination of treatment must be based on physical reasons: such as the inability of follicles to continue growing. This passage should be interpreted as meaning that the doctor must terminate the treatment based on the fact that todays medical treatment cannot handle it. In practice, the treatment was terminated due to the presence of polyps and a full refund was refused. The polyps only need to be removed before they can be implanted. The fact is that it is not a medical treatment and cannot be dealt with. Moreover, the hospital’s fraud package has been mentioned earlier. It is an international football. It has already been controversial. The termination of the treatment at this time is obviously not based on medical reasons.Dr. Minh N. Ho was in breach of contract. He stopped the treatment and claimed it was a “medical issue”.- a uterine polyp that existed before he accepted the patient.- The Chinese contract does not state the physician has the right to terminate treatment. The hospital is divided into several departments, and the personnel contacted at the beginning are different from the actual consultation. The operation model is like an agency, with no managers and no one responsible for the rights of patients. They do not perform the examinations included in the contract, do not give medicines unless they take the initiative, refuse to admit patients after the doctor agrees to the treatment, and issue the documents signed by the doctor without the doctor. In fact, it is a transnational fraud group with a sophisticated division of labor.CDC shows that the institutions success rate of implantation is 30% for those under 35 years old and 20% for those over 35 years old.The success rate for this facility is 30% for age 35, according to the CDC.They consulted and said that the medical procedure is to stay once for egg retrieval and once for implantation. Extreme exaggeration is itself a form of fraud (the description is not in line with CDC data).Dr. Minh N. Ho claims the treatment could be done in one cycle. – Very unlikely according to CDC.They claim the success rate for transfer – 90% on the site – 85% from David Harari – This is just laughable.SART, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, collects and reports IVF success rates among its member clinics in a comprehensive database, allowing individuals and couples to find qualified fertility treatment clinics. 450 of 490 clinics belong to SART: RSMC is one of the exceptions , is not in SART but puts the SART icon on the English official website - selling dog meat with sheeps heads.RSMC is not a member of SART (Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology). They put a SART logo on their site – scammers do scams. The management team and hospital entities have been sued in more than ten casesThe hospital and the director are involved in multiple lawsuits below.Personal injury/Tort/Fraud/Malpractice/Harassment/Wrongful termination/Other complaintThis entire team is an unethical team: the employee review website pointed out that a doctor in this hospital had his license revoked, which means there were serious deficiencies in medical practice.Dean David Ferrari was the mastermind behind the fraud: arranging personal injury, several frauds, several cases of harassment, and a three-year probationary ban from supervising physician assistants.Search for RSMC reviews: David Ferrari Consulting stated that the success rate of surrogacy implantation is 85%, which is another extremely untrue information.THREE YEARS PROBATION WITH VARIOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DURING PROBATION, DR.HARARI IS PROHIBITED FROM SUPERVISING PHYSICAN ASSISTANTSHu Yuming was the key to the fraud: he profited from selling his image as a doctor. In fact, he does not read medical reports, is not responsible for giving medical advice, or even prescribes medicine (that is, he does not diagnose), so to put it bluntly, he only performs ultrasound - only what the patient can see on the table is what the doctor is doing. This is all a lie, a systematic deception. Specially targeting foreigners with asymmetric information, such scams and overseas test tubes are run by hospitals in an entrepreneurial way. There are mixed truths and falsehoods, and it may be just the tip of the iceberg of overseas test tube fraud. The whole scam has already started during the consultation, and they will tell false success rates and false procedures. (The job of the medical assistant is to help Hu Yuming write a bad check during the consultation: claiming that the covered hysteroscopy will be performed in the United States, but in fact They will later mislead patients to operate in Taiwan) In order to get customers to pay, they will try their best to agree to all the patients requests, but immediately refuse to honor the payment once they pay. In fact, they are taking advantage of the patients mentality that they hope to succeed and will try their best to cooperate, so that the patients mentality will be the same. The entire treatment was tied together to pull off this scam of writing a bad check but getting the treatment done.David Ferrari defrauded, threatened, and harmed people—all in the form of medical treatment. This kind of fraudulent test tube, they collectively pursue to prevent doctors from participating in medical treatment. Only in this way can we treat the most patients and maximize the benefits. When they throw doctors and deans out for consultation, patients need to reflect on whether the doctor is likely to be involved again during the actual consultation. Medical behavior must involve medical skills. If there is no medical skill, it will be outsourced in unexpected places. In fact, this is all premeditated, because the only doctor who knows how to do it has no intention of spending time on medical treatment in the first place. When you are unsuspecting, you will definitely be deceived. This kind of deception is done by the doctor himself. Ordinary people’s medical knowledge cannot defeat this kind of trick. David Ferrari and Hu Yuming have integrity issues. David Ferrari is certified and prohibited from supervising doctors. Assistant (this person is now the director supervising the entire medical team), Hu Yuming will admit patients who do not meet the transplant criteria from the beginning for money. These two doctors used their medical expertise to deceive people and allow the entire hospital to profit from it. As long as you listen to the content of their preliminary consultation with a trusting attitude, you are being deceived. No matter how good their image engineering and rhetoric are, patients only need to remember: According to CDC data, you need to go to the United States 3-5 times to complete a successful implant treatment. Remember not to trust their professional interpretation. Because they have been unwilling to discuss possible treatment developments in terms of true success rates, they are selling a product that cannot be known.RSMC claims false treatment procedures: everything from the success rate to the process of traveling to the United States is falsified, no doctor is involved in the medical treatment process (only the minimum part seen by the patient is performed), the method is based on knowledge of the law, and it targets foreign patients who are unable to defend their rights. Step by step to build your own fraud kingdom internationally. The truth behind welcoming overseas IVF patients is: these people are easy to deceive and easy to control. It is even less possible to defend their rights in the United States - the most perfect pig on the assembly line.RSMC aims for foreigners – hopeless pigs on the streamline sent to the butcher.

A relative living in California recommended this hospital to me. It has two branches, one in Irvine and one in San Diego, both of which are quite famous locally. The San Diego branch has a multilingual team that specializes in serving Asian customers, so I chose San Diego. The staff explained the entire egg freezing treatment very carefully and reminded me of various things I should pay attention to. The overall medical experience was quite good and the process went smoothly! After the operation, there were staff who paid special attention to me and pushed me in a wheelchair to take me to the car. The overall warm service process was very considerate. Thank you!
